Easy to provide the sample and the results were returned in 48-hours. A 5th start would be awarded if the collection site had more than 1 staff person to greet patients, conduct the tests, and handle all associated paperwork and procedures.

The folks at the testing site were very accommodating and helpful as the online site didnt advise to make an appointment. I walked in and was assisted and not just turned away. I was at the Orange, Texas location. Also, afterwards the folks online assisted with getting results to the correct locations and even corrected an email address that they copied wrong with no issue. Thank you all so much for all of the help!!!

The location is good, although there is some difficulty in parking nearby, the hygiene and social distancing protocols meet the demand very well, the service time was a little high, but very well compensated for by the great sympathy and attention given to me throughout my stay, in general the system for scheduling the exam, the collection and delivery of the result were extremely efficient, I was very satisfied!

I am taking the prescription medication my doctor gives me for my medication assisted treatment for substance abuse rehabilitation. So the MRO asked for pictures of my prescription bottle label and then because I had a legitimate prescription, they marked my medication as negative when they found it in my system. However, that would mean to my doctor that I am selling my medication instead of taking it as prescribed. So I had to call the MRO people to fix the results so that they were accurate and said positive for my medication since I am taking it as prescribed and it is in my urine. It was all fixed. Accuracy and timeliness and reliability are incredibly important in this service. It is more expensive, but they are so good. I highly recommend Health Street !
