Health street is always quick, easy to use and reasonably priced. I highly recommend using their services for DOT drug testing and MVR driving records.

Always great service only thing is I question you when they say rapid test and it never comes back and they always have to send it to the shop. Cost the same price so really doesn’t make a difference. Just makes us wait more days.

Our company is in a different State than our new branch. Health Street was so easy to use for setting up our Pre-employment testing! And there were many locations to select from for the location.

The service is great easy to use. They send me a email of staff that need random drug test. I will print and notify staff and send them to collection location normally in less then 72 hrs. we will get results. Also they will notify when staff check in and also when the collection is being received etc. this will be sent to you in different emails and then the final results fairly easy.

This was the second time we used this company. The first time went poorly but in a time crunch we decided to give them another chance. That was a mistake. A simple employee drug test took ten days to get the report. When we finally got the report, it was unsigned. We had to wait another day to get it signed. Customer service was very rude and of little help. AVOID.

reasonably priced, quick and easy drug and alcohol screen at a local facility. The web portal works smoothly, and when I needed to download an invoice the same day (in advance of the automatic batch upload of that info overnight) the company made that possible very quickly after I made the request.

Screwed up from the beginning. First, when arriving at the facility your staff gave our registration form to someone else. After that screw up, they would only say that we would have to call in to get a new registration number. This required multiple calls and two separate trips to the testing facility. Then it took over a week and multiple calls to get the results. Your staff in person and over the phone was rude and unprofessional. My company will not be using you in the future.

I have tried another 3rd party for Labcorp and I received no response after trying for days. I finally found Health Street and was extremely impressed with how quick and efficient they were. Miss James was wonderful and I highly recommend Health Street!

Very easy to use. It is super helpful to have this service with so many facilities in a geographic area when we have hired someone in another state outside of our usual pre-hire drug testing services. Website is easy to navigate and communication is very good.

Needed to make a change to my selected location since it no longer takes in reservations, called Health Street and change was done in under five minutes. Health Street, representative, Lewis, was nice and very knowledgeable regarding what he needed to do; very professional and made my day go a lot smoother.

Communication throughout the process was great! They provide constant updates. Super easy to use platform and results are quick. I had to look for an alternative after horrible experiences with ClearChecks. Health Street has exceeded my expectations. If you're hesitant about trying their services, don't be.
