The representative Drew was rude during my follow up call with your company. There was an error made with the Chain of Custody and the candidate was told that they didn't need to retake a test that was cancelled. We were told we should have called Health Street when we should have been notified by Health Street.
I believe we should have received better customer service.

Getting results from your company is very difficult. Every time I call, I get a different answer and after I hang up the answer is incorrect. The last time I called the person on the other end was very rude and condescending. I would suggest that your company give test results with in the 2-5 business days as stated. Also, your customers should not have to spend over a week trying to run down the results with no avail.

Health Street had a very quick turnaround rate and we got our results back within 24-48 hours when we did a walk in on a Friday.

First time using your company. It was an easy process to order drug testing online and promptly receiving results.

3 stars because the service is super easy to use. But also 3 stars because the initial info I received was that a negative test result takes 24-48 hours and a positive one takes up to 5 days. On the 6th day, I received a negative test result. Kind of confusing, especially when I am trying to run a business and relying on quality info. Honestly, I am starting the question the negative result now.

We paid for a 10 panel instant test on Friday 4/21/23, in order to get one of our technicians cleared for a jobsite for Monday. Instead of the 10 panel, a 5 panel regular test was issued through the QR code. After a few calls back and forth, the glitch was found on your end and was said to be resolved immediately. During the time you guys were trying to recertify the error, a 2nd charge showed up on my account for the same test. My tech went back to the testing center and waited till the close of the facility for a new QR code to be issued, and was not able to get a retest done before they closed. We had to secure a test through a different company, in order to meet Mondays deadline.
