I am completely shocked at the lack of knowledge and protection to my confidential, LEGAL, and legitimate Rx written by my dr. Not ONLY did you completely violate HIPPA LAW . All I see is RED. I’ll be contacting health street first thing in the morning . You guys used to be professional and protected the right of the persons whose urine you were screening. NOT ANYMORE. Unbelievable

We use this as our backup if there isn't a LabCorp in that area. It's easy and quick. It's also very expensive - four times what we normally pay. That's why it's used as a backup.

It makes getting pre-employment drug screens done for remote employees very easy. I can just look up a location and Health Street gives the location options. Makes it much easier than searching on my own.

Quick and easy way to get test results and they are always available online. They are available over the phone as well.

Love using your company for the amount of locations and super quick turnaround. Your portal is also very easy! The only issue is the price per drug screen otherwise we would use you all the time!

Used for pre-employment applicant screening.
Pros:
Very easy online access for employers.
Extensive network of facilities.
Great communication from Health Street to Employer.
Cons:
Applicant told on phone no need for appointment.
Arrived at facility and was told lab closed at 1:00pm.
Applicant was frustrated and Health Street staff did help applicant to locate another lab close for testing same day.

Fast turn around time. Only complaint I had was that the first site I sent my client to said they didn't do testing for them anymore (it was a hair test), but the central office said they did. Fortunately, there was another site intown and the client was able to get the test done that day (that was the reason for the 1 star deduction). Price was reasonable I thought.

I find the service extremely easy to use. I have had a few questions and called customer service and they were friendly and professional. I am extremely satisfied. Very easy to set up the testing and I liked that the testing locations to choose from were provided based on zip code AND also showed a thumbnail map location.
